Millwall Football Club Community Scheme run courses for coaches. This was the first event attended by the coaches from All Stars United.

Kenny Jacket (Manager) and Heather Rabbatts (Club Director) were there giving talks and we saw the first team training with Colin Reed (FA Qualified Coaching Instructor) in an 11 vs 11 session.

We also has demonstrations from SAQ focussing on the physical aspects of training and were shown a small insight into sports science. A very interesting day!!
